ZenAlgo operates under the laws of the Czech Republic and directly applicable EU law. ZenAlgo is not authorised by the Czech National Bank and does not conduct any activity requiring such authorisation. ZenAlgo does not execute trades, safeguard client assets, provide portfolio management, investment advice, reception/transmission or execution of orders, or any other MiFID II / MiCA regulated service.
