ZenAlgo's Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to our platform/webpage zenalgo.io, operated by KUMAMI Solutions s.r.o., Jurečkova 1811/18, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00, Czech Republic, ID: 11742739, registered with the Regional Court of Ostrava, file no.: C 86731 (hereinafter "ZenAlgo", "we", "us" and "our").

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on zenalgo.io and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy , and any offer-specific terms shown at checkout. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms & Conditions.

2. No Statutory Withdrawal Right for Digital Content (CZE §1837(l))

Under Section 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Czech Civil Code), the consumer's 14-day withdrawal right does not apply where the provision of digital content begins immediately after purchase and before the end of the withdrawal period, with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right to withdraw. Our services start right after payment (e.g., indicator access, account provisioning). By completing the purchase and/or agreeing to our Terms, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you forfeit the statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.

3. General Principle (No Refunds)

Given the nature of our services and instant access to digital content, refunds are generally not provided. Access periods (monthly/annual) are not prorated and unused time is not refundable once a billing cycle begins. “Lifetime” purchases are non-refundable (see §6).

Non-refundable items include, without limitation:

  • Subscriptions (monthly/annual) after the billing period has started;
  • Lifetime plans (§6);
  • One-time products (e.g., Stream Archive access);
  • Training services (§7);
  • Donations / voluntary contributions (§8);
  • Affiliate credits or any non-cash credits;
  • Taxes, fees, currency exchange/FX spreads charged by banks or payment processors.

4. Limited Exceptions (Goodwill / Eligibility)

At our sole discretion, we may consider a refund or account credit in these limited scenarios, subject to verification:

4.1 Duplicate/Accidental Charge

Duplicate payment for the same order/subscription, or accidental repeat purchase within 24 hours with no usage — we may refund the duplicate or issue account credit.

4.2 Extended Service-Wide Outage Attributable to ZenAlgo

A continuous outage exceeding 24 hours or cumulative >48 hours within 30 days that materially prevents access to paid indicators and is caused by ZenAlgo (not TradingView/third parties/your environment). Remedy hierarchy: (i) fix/restore, (ii) extend access or issue account credit, (iii) in rare cases refund.

4.3 Misbilling by Us

An obvious billing error directly caused by ZenAlgo (e.g., wrong plan/price) — we will correct it and may refund the difference or the whole charge.

Not eligible: issues caused by third parties (e.g., TradingView downtime), your ISP/hardware/software, or account misuse; performance claims; unmet expectations; market outcomes.

5. Subscriptions: Renewal, Cancellation & Changes

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in your account settings.
  • No partial refunds: Cancelling stops the next renewal; your current period continues to its end (no proration).
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: We may adjust access immediately; price differences are not refunded unless we state otherwise.
  • Price changes: Future renewals reflect the then-current price (see T&C).
  • Free trials (if offered): Cancel before trial ends to avoid being charged.

6. Lifetime Plans (Definition & Refunds)

Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of ZenAlgo or the specific service, not your lifetime. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. Features may evolve (see T&C).

7. Training & One-Time Services

Training services (incl. Platinum Tier Lifetime coaching hours and Additional Training) are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.

  • Rescheduling: We allow one reschedule with at least 24-hour notice (subject to availability). No-shows or late cancellations count as delivered.
  • Any recordings/materials from training are Content (T&C §6) and not refundable.

8. Donations & Voluntary Contributions

Donations/voluntary contributions are non-refundable and not eligible for affiliate rewards. Where required by law (e.g., payment duplication), we may process a refund net of processor fees.

9. How to Request a Refund (If You Qualify)

Email info@zenalgo.io within 14 calendar days from payment and include:

  • (a) order ID, email used for purchase;
  • (b) description of the issue and steps taken to resolve;
  • (c) evidence (screenshots, error logs, timestamps);
  • (d) for duplicate charges: both receipts and bank statement redacted to the relevant lines.

Requests submitted after 14 days will ordinarily be declined.

10. Processing Your Request

  • Assessment window: up to 14 business days to evaluate eligibility; we may ask for more info or diagnostics.
  • Form of remedy: We may choose between service restoration, access extension/account credit, or refund.
  • Refund method: via the original payment method (through Stripe). Processing times depend on your bank/issuer.
  • Fees & FX: Any fees withheld by processors/banks and FX differences are not refundable. Where a refund is granted, it may be net of non-recoverable processor fees.
  • Access revocation: If a refund is issued, associated access may be revoked immediately.

11. Chargebacks & Abuse

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks or dispute abuse may lead to account suspension/termination , denial of future purchases, and reporting to payment partners. We may provide documentation to the processor to contest improper chargebacks.

12. Third-Party Services & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for outages or limitations caused by third parties (e.g., TradingView, ISPs, data providers) or by force majeure (e.g., platform-wide outages, cyberattacks, regulatory actions). Such events do not create refund eligibility.

13. Consumer Rights (Carve-Out)

Nothing in this Policy excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where law requires a refund, we will comply.
