ZenAlgo's Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to our platform/webpage zenalgo.io, operated by KUMAMI Solutions s.r.o., with its registered office at Jurečkova 1811/18, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00, Czech Republic, ID: 11742739, registered in the commercial registrar administrated by the Regional Court of Ostrava, file no.: C 86731 (hereinafter referred to as the "ZenAlgo", "we", "us" and "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with our Refund Policy, which apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

Pursuant to Section 1837(l) of the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., as amended, Civil Code (CZE), the user does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely via our webpage due to the immediate provision of digital content.

This applies automatically because the provision of ZenAlgo's digital content begins after the purchase and before the expiration of the statutory 14-days withdrawal period. In such cases, the users forfeit their right to withdraw under the following conditions:

  • By completing the purchase, the user explicitly agrees to the immediate commencement of the service upon the conclusion of the contract and/or
  • By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the user has been informed in advance that the immediate commencement of the service results in the forfeiture of their right to withdraw from the contract.

2. Refunds

ZenAlgo does not generally offer refunds due to the nature of our services. However, exceptions may be made solely at ZenAlgo's discretion and goodwill for cases involving technical issues for which ZenAlgo is fully responsible and that provably prevent access to paid indicators for an extended period. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only on a case-by-case basis.tted to ensuring that our users receive the full value of their subscriptions.

A technical malfunction or inability to display our indicators shall under no circumstances be deemed ZenAlgo's responsibility if the issue is caused by a third party (e.g., TradingView, Internet service provider) or by the user themselves, including their software, hardware, or other related factors.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical issue (see above), please contact us at info@zenalgo.io within 14 calendar days after the payment date. Your refund request must include:

  • A detailed description of the technical issue encountered.
  • Steps you have taken to resolve the issue.

Failure to submit a request within this 14-day window will result in automatic rejection of the refund request.

4. Refund Approval Process

Refund requests are reviewed and decided upon solely at ZenAlgo's discretion. We have up to 14 business days from the date of your request to evaluate whether the technical issue warrants a refund. During this time, we may request additional information or clarification regarding your case.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
